Responsibilities:

• Manage daily clinic schedule
• Assist with acute needs in infusion clinic. Infusion clinic acute needs coverage on rotating basis
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for Hematology/Oncology patients
• Primarily outpatient, ability to do inpatient rounding if experienced

Required Procedures:

• Clinical documentation skills required, experience in Cerner preferred
• Experience with complex decision-making.
• Ability to work independently and see new patients.
• Provider must have special interest in Hematology/Oncology and a commitment to continuous education.

Submission Requirements:

• Board Certified Nurse Practitioner (AANP/ANCC) or Physician Assistant - REQUIRED
• OH license (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED
• Clean malpractice and license - REQUIRED
• 2+ years of ambulatory practice or acute care NP/PA work experience - REQUIRED
• Hematology/Medical Oncology NP/PA work experience - PREFERRED
• Does provider have special interest in Hematology/Oncology and a commitment to continuous education REQUIRED
