This position offers a 3-month assignment with the possibility of extension, working full-time from Monday to Friday.

- Pay: $65/hr.
- Assignment duration: 3-month assignment with the possibility to extend.
- Start as soon as credentialed
- OP ambulatory services, family medicine, walk-in/acute care services, chronic disease management.
- Work schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm, 40 hours per/week. This is an 8-hour workday w/1 hour unpaid lunch.
- Experience with low-income setting, FQHC or tribal health is preferred
