Anesthesiology Opening - New Lenox, IL 40m to Chicago Position Details - Full-time, permanent- Turnover rate - very low- General structure of the team - MD/CRNA care model- Open for full-time permanent positions with weekend coverage- Shift times are variable with a potential for call- How often is the weekend schedule? The call is 24 hours and there is an incentive attached to it. Approximately 2-3 calls a month.- Spinals and epidurals can be done by CRNAs, all nerve blocks are done by MDs. - Pre-ops are mostly done by the MDs unless its a MAC case where the CRNAs can do it.- Trauma level II- 10 ORs- Patient age demographic: pediatric, adolescent, adult, geriatric- Required procedures: General surgical cases, IV regional anesthesia, spinal anesthesia, epidural anesthesia, regional anesthesia, OB cases, neurosurgical cases- Cerner Compensation/Benefits - Competitive salary that recognizes high performance, knowledge and career experiences.
