Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Interventional Radiologist to join our team. The position involves working on-site Monday to Friday for three weeks each month, with one week of call. The successful candidate will perform standard bread-and-butter interventional procedures and collaborate with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals. We are offering a $20,000 sign-on bonus for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of interventional radiology procedures, including but not limited to biopsies, drainages, and vascular interventions.
- Collaborate with referring physicians to provide comprehensive care and timely diagnoses.
- Utilize Cerner EMR for patient documentation and management.
- Use GE Centricity PACS for image management and interpretation.
- Dictate reports using PowerScribe 360 for accurate and efficient documentation.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care strategies.
Qualifications:
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree.
- Board certification in Interventional Radiology.
- Active California medical license or eligibility for licensure.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
