Schedule: There is a full time need, at two separate Surgical Centers. They will accept multiple providers to fill these needs. Please provide your availability
Shifts: 7a-5p; No Call, No Weekends, No Holidays
Urology Procedures Only
Requirements:
- Active, Unrestricted CO License
- Board Certified Anesthesiologist
- Clean DEA/Malpractice/NPDB
Credentialing Timeframe: Expedited Credentialing-ASAP; Temporary Privileges are available
