Schedule will consist of 3 days per week and 1 admin day. (admin day can be done remote)
Patient Volume:
Avg 16 pts per day, would count on 14-18 per day
Procedures:
APP that work in Myeloma 2 on staff
Locum Provider will see less sick myeloma patients and can transfer the sicker patients if needed to the other
myeloma Provider who does all Myeloma Transplant.
Marrows are done by the APP
Locums will see: Induction therapy, relapse disease, active disease,
Provider can participate in the weekly patient meeting
Provider can possibly see other type of cases other than myeloma. Endo Lymphoma t be comfortable with patients 32 weeks and above, resuscitation, CPAP, peripheral IVs, ART sticks, managing ventilators, administering pulmonary surfactant, umbilical lines, catheters, and other sick baby related procedures. Circumcision is a must, will provide training with Plastibell if needed.
