(flexible) with 8 call nights a month Details: 12 Well check visits per day, Number of Physicians in Practice: 2 and 1 mid level. Each provider has 2 exam rooms. Each provider has MA assigned to them daily. 2 front desk and 1 office manger. Average Number of Patients Per Day: 15-18. Submission requirements: Board Certified -Required, New Jersey State License -Required Payer enrollment for NJ completed (Horizon and Aetna at a minimum)- Required BLS, ACLS OnCall:8 call nights a month.
