Position Details:

1. 1099/Independent Contractor arrangement.
2. Provide guidance, supervision, program development, and yearly review of medical policies and procedures.
3. Medical Staff and Executive Team committee and meeting participation.
4. Leadership and oversight of the Medical Staff, clinical services and operations, and development of new or expanded services.
5. Assisting in community relations and community education.
6. Consultation on complex cases, by phone/zoom, chart audit/reviews, and advisement on detox protocols.

Requirements:

• An Active California Physician license, in good standing.

• Successful completion of an accredited Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Addiction Medicine or Emergency Medicine education training program is required.

• The ability to prescribe controlled substances and a current DEA license in California is required.

• Prior experience with addiction, dual-diagnosis, integrated care model, and/or psychiatry is preferred.
