- Active PA License and Licensure If a Licensure Provider is Submitted Please Note They CANNOT be Scheduled for 16wks to Provide Time to Obtain the License
- MUST be Willing to Work (4) 10s
- Required Procedures: No Trauma, No Cardiac, No OB, Neuro, GYN, Urology, Gen Surg, Colorectal, Ophthalmology, GI and Vascular
- Required Certifications: NBCRNA
- Minimum Years Experience: 1
