Family Practice/Primary Care Nurse Practitioner at The Provider Finder summary:

We are seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages at our family medicine practice. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in nursing with a specialization in family practice, at least 2 years of experience in a primary care setting, and strong clinical skills. Responsibilities include performing physical exams, managing treatment plans, and educating patients on health conditions while collaborating with healthcare professionals.

We are looking for a full-time Nurse Practitioner to join our team of healthcare professionals at our family medicine practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in outpatient medicine and primary care.

The primary responsibilities of this position include:

  • Providing comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages
  • Performing physical exams, taking medical histories, and ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests
  • Developing and managing treatment plans for patients
  • Educating patients about their health conditions and providing preventive care services
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide the best possible care for patients

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Master's degree in nursing (MSN) with a specialization in family practice or Internal Medicine
  • A current license to practice as a nurse practitioner in the state of Connecticut
  • At least 2 years of experience working in a primary care setting
  • Strong clinical skills and decision-making abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
