This position offers flexible scheduling with the opportunity to earn between $2500 and $5000 weekly while working as an independent contractor. Incentives such as airfare, hotel, rental car, and daily per diem are provided for all visits.
We're searching for providers to conduct In-home Health Evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and certain commercial plan members.
- Earn $2500 to $5000 each week (Average 5-9 Daily)
- Shifts available 7 days a week
- Short-Term or Long-Term basis
- Pre-scheduled visit in-home w/ health plan members
- Airfare, Hotel, Rental Car, Malpractice, Availability Incentives provided as needed
- Independent Contractor, 1099 status
