- ASAP - Ongoing Need
- The first day will be dedicated to orientation and would be on a Monday if that that works out with scheduling/availability
- Variable shifts: 6a-6p and 6p-6a 7 days/week with double coverage shifts M-F 10a-10p and Sat-Sun 11a-10p
- The locum will typically be scheduled for a 12-hour shift
- There is at least one APC in urgent care from 730a-12a there are several overlapping shifts
- ED with combined EM/UC at a tertiary level II hospital
- Need 2 FTE coverage (1 FTE= 11 shifts/month)
- Patients Per Shift: 140 Average
- Beds in Facility: 38 combined ED/UC
- Facility will accept multiple providers
- Hospital Stroke Certified
- ABEM required for this location
- Board Certified/Board Eligible - Required
- ACLS, ATLS, BLS, PALS - Required
- Trauma Level II, III
- EMR: Cerner
