We have outstanding, flexible opportunities for a Texas-licensed Pain Management Physician to join Post Acute Specialists group in Texas! Our hybrid care model combines telehealth and in-person care services, which allows our collaborative, multispecialty group to continue to forge solid connections, provide accessible, affordable care, and elevate the healthcare experiences of seniors in post-acute settings.
Our Providers 1) serve as a knowledge resource, 2) review assessments and patient notes, 3) provide guidance to other clinicians and/or practitioners as part of our collaborative team, and 4) complete patient consultation via Telemedicine.

Self-directed Availability: Choose when you wish to work and how much you want to work. We ask only for an average minimum of 10 hours per week when you would be available to work. Provide us a minimum of 10 hours/week, in 2-3 hours time blocks, between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. We will schedule appointments for you that fall within your availability.
Qualifications and Other Requirements:
- Great "web-side" presence and ability to build rapport and confidence
- Medical Degree (MD/DO)
- Board Certification in one or more of the following specialties: Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, Pain Management etc.
- Active Texas Physician license in good standing
- Current DEA Licensure
- Minimum of 3 years of hospitalist experience and experience in Pain Management
- Available for a minimum of 10 hours/week between 8am-5pm Monday-Friday.
- Embrace new software and technology; technology protocol and EMR training provided if needed
