About the role:
- Monday-Friday, 9AM-5PM (some days the provider will be done as early as 2PM)
- No weekends or call
- NP will see 3-6 patients per day providing in home wound care to medicare aged patients
- The Nurse Practitioner's main responsibilities will be diagnosing and treating burns, wounds, ulcers, and sores
Background:
- Board Certified Nurse Practitioner / NP
- 1+ years of experience in wound care or home health required
- Wound care certification preferred
- Clean driving record required
