AmLaw 100 Firm seeking experienced Labor & Employment associate to join the Labor, Employment and Workplace Safety practice in the firm's San Francisco office.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of litigation experience focused on defending employers in wage and hour class/PAGA actions as well as employment matters. Prior experience counseling employers on employment practices and documentation, addressing traditional labor matters, or working on the labor and employment aspects of business transactions is a plus but not required.

Must have top credentials and be barred in California.

Base Compensation: $250,000 - $365,000 (depending on experience) + bonus.
