EUnder the supervision of the Director of Business Development and Marketing, the Marketing and Advertising Coordinator is responsible for development and implementation of multi-channel marketing and communication plans in support of established system-wide and departmental goals and objectives.
The Marketing and Advertising Coordinator is a creative and energetic growth-oriented professional marketer with proven results. Specific responsibilities include enhancing the competitive position of the overall organization, strategically planning service-line marketing efforts throughout the health system and within the communities served, coordinating and enhancing the system's brand image, coordinating the production and placement of print, broadcast and digital advertising collateral, and coordinating with media outlets and vendors to ensure consistent quality and efficiency.
Education and Work Experience

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in marketing, communications or journalism, with emphasis on multi-channel campaign development and implementation, graphic design, and digital strategies, AND;
2. Minimum five years experience in a marketing-related field
3. Adobe Master Suite program proficiency: specifically Adobe Photoshop and Adobe InDesign
4. Digital and social advertising expertise including segmentation, targeting, and positioning strategies.
5. Customer Relationship Management (CRM) experience
6. Marketing automation experience
