ProspectBlue has partnered with a reputable company based in Richmond, VA and is seeking a Director of Brand Experience. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of professional experience in marketing or brand management. This role collaborates with functional teams and other departments to ensure a cohesive representation of the company's brand, synthesizing the brand experience with overall customer experience. The Director of Brand Experience focuses on creating impactful experiences to:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies that align with the company's business strategies and target audiences.
  • Elevate awareness of company's products among existing and potential customers and prospective associates across all marketing channels.
  • Oversee all phases of the company's customer programs strategy from conception, development, execution, communication, training, and support.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media or other relevant areas of study.
  • 10+ years of professional experience in marketing or brand management.
QUALIFICATIONS AND PREFERRED SKILLS:
  • Experience managing the creation and execution of a wide variety of marketing content.
  • Experience managing internal creative teams, as well as outside marketing agencies and vendors.
  • Strong collaboration, communication, and relationship-building skills, including working effectively with other departments such as Sales, Vendor Relations, Logistics, IT, Finance, and HR.
  • Experience with project management tools and Agile methodology

  • Excellent communication skills, including presentation, writing and grammar.
  • Well organized and process oriented, with a creative approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to manage enterprise level programs and excellent project management skills.

  • Maintain a team climate that motivates and retains top performers.
  • Balance creativity with focus & drive to achieve results.
