- Assistant Department Managers (in training)
- Assistant Deli Manager
- Assistant Seafood Manager
- Center Store Lead
- Assistant Bakery Manager
- Assistant Produce Manager
- Assistant Customer Service Manager
- Assistant Floral Manager

DUTIES - Provide friendly and courteous service to customers
- Regular, reliable attendance is an essential function of the job.
- Ensure customer satisfaction.
- Act with integrity and maintain confidentiality.
- Time Management and Prioritization.
- Problem Solving and Decision Making.
- Maintain cleanliness of work area, equipment, and cases, following company safety and sanitation procedures
- Ensure department standards are met.
- Stock, rotate and straighten product
- Read and understand shelf tags and signage
- Follow all opening and closing procedures within the department
- Ability to coach, develop, and inspire others to be the best they can be-relationship building.
- Other duties may be assigned at the discretion of store management
TRAINING Training will be provided at store level.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS - Bending
- Stooping
- Must be able to lift up to 25-100 pounds (depending on the job)
- Working on feet for 8 hour shifts
- Working in cold and warm environments
Additional Requirements - Internal candidates: - Store/Facility Teammates: minimum of six months employment with Schnucks.
- Store Support Center Teammates: minimum of one year employment with Schnucks.
- Must be in good standing (not on a performance improvement plan or active discipline).
- If invited for an interview, must have manager approval based on performance.
