Total Annual Compensation Potential: $85,000 - $115,500
First Year Bonus: Up to $5,000.
Bonus: $55 per additional billable hour, paid monthly.
PTO: 14 days during your first 12 months, increasing to 18 days after your first year, plus 8 paid holidays.
CEU Stipend: $2,000 annually.

In this role, you'll take the lead in overseeing clinical programming for patients receiving ABA treatment. You'll support and guide a pod of Behavior Interventionists in making a real impact in a rapidly growing and innovative healthcare company.

Required Qualifications:
Master's degree in Human Services or a related field.
Current BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) certification.
