Job Description:
As a Full-Time Dental Hygienist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality dental hygiene care to our patients. Your role will include:
Performing dental cleanings, including scaling and root planing
Taking and developing dental X-rays
Educating patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and maintaining oral health
Assisting the dentist with patient exams and treatments
Documenting patient treatment and maintaining accurate records
Ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for patients
Qualifications:
Dental Hygiene License in the state of Washington
Experience: Experience preferred, but recent graduates are welcome to apply
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on educating and connecting with patients
Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with the dentist, assistants, and front office team
Professionalism: High standards for patient care, attention to detail, and commitment to continued learning
Compensation & Benefits:
Pay Range: 65 - 70 per hour (based on experience)

Tuesday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Wednesday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Thursday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
No weekend hours
Experience Required:
Years of experience required: No prior experience required. We welcome recent graduates as well as experienced professionals.
