Duties and Responsibilities
Provide school-based evaluations and IEP-directed therapy services
Conduct thorough assessments for initial eligibility and re-evaluations
Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs
Attend and actively participate in IEP meetings with team members
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions and student progress
Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support students’ success
Qualifications
California State Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) License (required)
Previous experience in a school setting (preferred)
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Commitment to fostering student growth and development
Work Environment
