Job Summary

We are seeking Full-Time Speech Language Pathologists (SLPs) for in-person school-based positions in Oakland, California. This role is an exciting opportunity to help children achieve their communication goals in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Duties and Responsibilities
Provide school-based evaluations and therapy services tailored to students’ Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
Conduct comprehensive assessments for initial eligibility and re-evaluations
Develop and implement IEPs to address students’ speech and language goals
Attend and contribute to IEP meetings as a key team member
Maintain timely and accurate documentation of therapy sessions and student progress
Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student success
Qualifications
California State Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) License (required)
Experience working in a school setting (preferred)
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Commitment to helping students achieve their full potential
Work Environment

This position requires in-person attendance at school-based settings in Oakland, California.
