Overview:

Athletico Physical Therapy is seeking a full-time Clinic Manager/Physical Therapist for our Prairie Grove (Crystal Lake), IL location. This dynamic role blends managerial responsibilities with direct patient care in an outpatient orthopedic setting. Candidates with 6+ months of experience as a Physical Therapist are eligible for the Clinic Manager position.

This is a full-time opportunity with 40 hours per week available. Candidates with 32+ hours of availability will also be considered.

Caseload Responsibilities:

As the Clinic Manager, you will oversee clinic operations while treating patients of all ages with a variety of orthopedic conditions, including:

• Pre-op and post-op care
• Sports injuries
• Motor vehicle accidents
• Workers' compensation cases

Youll have the opportunity to provide specialized care in a clinic that supports multiple skilled providers. Your passion for patient care and leadership will be key in building relationships with patients, staff, and the broader community.

Job Requirements:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy degree (or equivalent)
• Eligibility for Illinois state licensure as a Physical Therapist
• 6+ months of experience as a Physical Therapist required for Clinic Manager role
• Strong team player with a commitment to building relationships within the clinic and community
• Full-time availability (32+ hours per week)
