As the Ecommerce Merchandising Specialist for Amazon and our Third-Party Retailers, you will be responsible for supporting the curation and maintenance of product assortments that optimize online product presentation for Juliska and Capucine De Wulf for each website. Reporting to our Vice President of Marketing & Ecommerce, this role will be collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing and Sales. Duties/Responsibilities:
- Curate and maintain extensive product catalogs for Juliska and Capucine De Wulf on Amazon and our retail partners website ensuring up-to-date prices, images, descriptions, attributes, and promotion accuracy.
- Ensure all assets are delivered to our retail partners to ensure all products are live on the launch date.
- Responsible for regular audits, ensuring the accuracy of content and effective merchandising.
- Support in executing ecommerce merchandising strategies related to campaigns maintaining site calendars and seasonal updates, including category and collection banners.
- Work cross-functionally with Planning to ensure products are in stock and available inventories are correct.
- Maintains awareness of market trends and conditions and remains up to date with the industry’s best practices.
- Develop monthly reports on site performance and sales for each site.
- Support Ecommerce with special projects, reporting, and ad hoc requests.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Excel.
- Proven experience in category management, data entry/product uploads, and merchandising.
- Ability to compile information and work with data to make decisions.
- Ability to work well under pressure and take initiative with an emphasis on effective time management.
- Ability to work independently and multi-task within a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to working with shared leadership and in cross-functional teams.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or similar field preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience in ecommerce product management, data entry, or online merchandising.
- Experience with Amazon Seller Central a strong plus.
