Our client is a mid-sized GC in Westchester County with revenues of $100M+ and a portfolio of Retail & Commercial projects throughout the Tristate area. Due to retirement, they're looking to add an experienced Senior Project Manager to help oversee the PM team and ensure all projects are running and delivered smoothly.

There are projects breaking ground in both Westchester and Central/Northern NJ, so this person should feel comfortable traveling to both regions depending on project needs day-to-day.

Company & Role Highlights :

• Mid-sized GC with YOY revenues of $100M+
• Portfolio consists of Ground-Up + Interior projects for the Retail & Commercial sectors
• Travel is involved for projects breaking ground in both NJ & Westchester
• Location : Westchester & Central/Northern NJ
• Salary : $150K - $165K DOE + Bonus & Benefit
