Position Overview:

Seeking an experienced and dynamic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to Miami, FL based team. The CFO will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the company, providing strategic leadership and direction to ensure the financial health and growth of the organization. This role requires a seasoned financial executive with a strong background in the aviation industry and experience in managing relationships with private equity firms and banks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards.
• Manage relationships with private equity firm, banks, and other financial stakeholders.
• Provide financial analysis and guidance on all activities, plans, targets, and business drivers.
• Lead the preparation of financial statements and reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Monitor and manage the company's financial performance, including sales and EBITDA.
• Develop and implement effective internal controls to safeguard the company's assets.
• Oversee debt management and ensure effective use of financial resources.
• Collaborate with the executive team to support strategic decision-making and business planning.
• Provide leadership, direction, and management to the finance and accounting teams.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to private equity firms, banks, and other stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior financial leadership role, preferably as a CFO.
• Proven experience in the aviation industry.
• Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
• Experience working with private equity firms and managing relationships with banks.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement financial strategies and manage financial operations.
• Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership and management abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work on-premises in Miami, FL.
