international offices: Miami (USA), Lahore (Pakistan), Rome (Italy). Wooo! Social Games Inc. is looking to strengthen its financial department an expert in secondary markets platforms (Ex. Forge, Nasdaq private market), who will be based at the headquarters in Key Biscayne (FL-33149).
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Broker Expert in Secondary Market Use to join our
dynamic team. In this critical role, you will be a key advisor and resource for our brokers,
empowering them to effectively leverage secondary market opportunities and deliver exceptional
client service.
You will be responsible for:
- Secondary Market Expertise: Expert on all aspects of the secondary market platform, including
its features, functionalities, and technical specifications.
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of secondary market trends, regulations, and best
practices, comprehensive documentation on platform usage and troubleshooting guides.
- Analyze market data and identify potential opportunities and risks within the secondary market
platform.
- Provide ongoing training and support to internal and external stakeholders, employees on
platform usage and best practices.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs on secondary market concepts, products,
and trading strategies to brokers.
- Brokers Training & Support:
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to brokers on secondary market transactions, including
order execution, risk management, and client communication.
- Stay abreast of market developments, including new products, technologies, and trading
strategies.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to grow and enhance the
secondary market.
- Collaborate with business development teams to promote the secondary market platform to
potential users.
Address broker inquiries and resolve issues related to secondary market transactions.
- Client Education: educate clients on the benefits and risks of secondary market transactions.
- Develop and present client-facing materials on secondary market topics.
- Track and analyze secondary market activity and performance.
- Prepare reports and presentations summarizing market trends and insights for brokers,
management, and clients.
- Identify areas for improvement in secondary market processes and client service.
- Identify and pursue new opportunities to leverage secondary markets to meet client needs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience as a broker or in a related role within the financial services industry.
- Proven expertise in secondary market platforms set up and trading, including knowledge of various asset classes and trading strategies.
- Strong understanding of financial markets, market microstructure, and regulatory
- requirements.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain complex financial concepts in a clear and concise manner to both brokers
- and clients.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and financial data analysis tools.
