We are seeking a talented individual to join our team at Marsh as a Senior Sales Executive for our Commercial Brokerage Division based out of our Atlanta, GA office. This is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office. The successful candidate will lead daily operations from a support and administrative level, coordinating complex logistics and task assignments for client relationship projects while ensuring effective communication and problem resolution.
We will count on you to:
  • Analyze risk reports and develop innovative approaches to meet complex client needs while upholding sales goals and managing a strategic book of business.
  • Represent the business for large, complex, high-risk accounts, addressing all RFPs and developing formal sales proposals.
  • Manage overall client interactions in medium to large transactions, overseeing the sales process for high-yield accounts.
  • Evaluate the book of business to identify opportunities for expansion and leverage internal resources to enhance client satisfaction.
  • Solidify strong relationships with insurers, clients, and colleagues, utilizing specialists to deliver best-in-class solutions.

  • Strong understanding of coverage lines, markets, and specialized products.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to address client queries effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage sales processes and achieve financial targets.
