Qualifications:
- 2+ years of pastry experience in a notable kitchen/restaurant preferred
- Passion for French cuisine, classic techniques, and impeccable execution
- A strong sense of urgency and the ability to work calmly under pressure
- Ability to multitask while maintaining the quality standards of the restaurant
- The ability to work a full-time schedule including weekends
