What you will do:

• Develop and implement sales strategies and marketing campaigns
• Identify product positioning opportunities to fuel growth
• Oversee and mentor the sales, marketing, and support teams
• Analyze market dynamics regularly to adjust strategies, and pricing and identify new opportunities
• Foster a culture of collaboration and accountability
• Manage pipeline and refine sales operations through best practices
• Oversee the sales and marketing budget and evaluate the performance of initiatives

What you will need to be successful:

• Minimum of 5 years of leadership in sales and/or market development
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Strategic thinker with a results-oriented focus
• Experience selling to a distributor/national accounts base is a plus
• Excellent communicator and high emotional intelligence
