The VP serves as a member of the senior leadership team and possesses the courage to make challenging decisions, foster cross-functional collaboration, and deliver measurable results. This role requires strong leadership skills, expertise in stakeholder engagement, and the ability to translate the association's vision into compelling narratives and measurable strategies. In this role, you will blend strategic vision with tactical execution and serve as a collaborative leader adept at fostering relationships with internal teams, members, and industry stakeholders.
