Korum Ford in Puyallup is expanding their Commercial Fleet Sales Team! We are recruiting experienced candidates with the ability to develop relationships for commercial vehicle sales and service/maintenance agreements.
Daily Activities Include: - Customer prospecting activities for new vehicle sales and maintenance contracts
- Conducts follow-up communication with existing commercial/fleet customers to capture the maintenance and repair relationships
- Utilizes CRM system to track daily prospecting, appointments, and customer follow-up
- Meets established sales and quality service goals
- Ensures assigned inventory is merchandised including ensuring display on the lots, supporting Marketing and Internet Departments with the necessary information for the internet or other advertising.
Desired Skills/Experience/Knowledge: - High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Demonstrated business development and sales skills
- Three years of sales and/or service experience in the auto industry
- One-year fleet or commercial sales experience preferred
- Ability to use software programs provided by the dealership
- Ability to obtain and maintain required factory certifications
The successful candidate must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
Compensation for this position is based on production in the following areas: - Vehicle Sales - 25% - 40% of Gross Profit based on volume sold with a $250 Minimum per vehicle
- Finance Products/Services - 50% of Gross Profit (net of charge-backs)
- Incentive Awards:
- $0 to $6,000 based on the total number of vehicle sales
- Quality Service Awards - $100 for each perfect score
