Enterprise Account Manager CRG is partnered with a global, cloud-based SaaS that is seeking an Enterprise Account Manager to join their team. As an Enterprise Account Manager, you will be responsible for creating long-term, trusting relationships with customers and overseeing a portfolio of assigned customers with a view to develop new business from existing clients.
Location: HYBRID - Charlotte, NC or Austin, TX
Compensation: $80,000 base + uncapped commission
Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with customer base.
- Proactively identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Expand the revenue per account by finding new use cases both within the existing use case, and identifying additional opportunities.
- Work with CSM, PS, Engineer, and Design teams to ensure customer needs are met.
- Find new contacts within key accounts that would benefit from company solutions.
- Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly and annual forecasts).
- Prepare reports on account status and communicate clearly to internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist with challenging client requests or escalations as needed.
Qualifications: - Demonstrable experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager or other relevant role, carrying an expansion target
- Strong success utilizing the MEDDIC Methodology
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
- Ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders including executive and C-level
- Comfortable working with large sets of data, numbers, and reporting on metrics
- Prior experience with CRM software
