We are seeking a full-time Shipping Coordinator to be responsible for verifying and keeping recording of outgoing shipments. The primary schedule will be Monday through Friday, regular daylight business hours. However, you must have the ability to be flexible and available to meet the time-sensitive needs that may fall outside of the regular schedule, which could include some weekend work.

In the Shipping Coordinator position, you will read shipping orders to determine quantity and type of shipment method, maintain inventory of shipping materials and supplies, and inform shipping dock representative of leading location and time of arrival. Also, you will compare identifying information and counts, weighs, or measures items of outgoing shipments to verify information against NPC records.
To be successful in this position, you will need to demonstrate superior teamwork ability, have a positive attitude, and an approachable demeanor. Effective communication, both verbal and written, are a must.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
The minimum requirements to be considered for the Shipping Coordinator are:

• High school diploma or GED
• 1+ year of related experience
• Strong computer skills

• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
