This position is responsible for accurate slotting receiving, storing, picking, staging and shipping/transfer of one or more of the following: frozen raw materials, frozen WIPs, and frozen finished goods in compliance with company standards and procedures. This position requires prolonged exposure to an extremely cold environment. The bulk of Warehouse Freezer Worker II duties are conducted within the confines of a Frozen Storage environment and require the use of extreme cold weather clothing as an essential part of the job.SHIFT:3rdPAY: 18.24 + $1.50 (Shift differential) Essential Duties and Responsibilities Unload inbound shipments safely and receive into frozen storage according to Amy's Kitchen Receiving Procedures. Efficiently stack and store product and accurately record storage locations for purposes of inventory control.Pull and prepare product for shipping, transfer or usage by manufacturing (staging) ensuring that the exact item and quantity is pulled and shipped, transferred or staged.Efficiently, safely and with minimum damage, move products or materials from/into staging, storage or on to transportation.Keep appropriate records and reports to guarantee inventory accuracy, control and security is maintained. Assist in physical inventories and cycle counts when required.Proficient use of Inventory Control programs contained within the company ERP system and/or use of radio frequency equipment for picking, receiving, put-away and load functions, as requiredInspect PIT before usage, keep equipment, tools and company property neat and clean. Change and charge PIT batteries as needed.Sorting, wrapping, packing, repacking as needed. Sort and repair pallets when necessary.Clean containers, trailers and truck bays as requested.As assigned, to provide customer service to Amy's Employees with respect to maintaining onsite vending equipment for Amy's Kitchen products, providing customer service for Amy's employee orders, and the prompt and accurate receipt and delivery of all express mail/freight deliveries.Warehouse Freezer Worker lI requires general knowledge of Amy's Kitchen or other equivalent processes and procedures used for the slotting, picking, staging or shipping of frozen raw materials, WIPs and finished goods.
