Job Description Mailroom Associate $16.00 per Hour

Irregular schedule: M-F 5 AM - ?. Mon/Tues typically 12 hour days. Weds through Fri 7 AM - ? (typical 5 - 8 hours each day). 2 hours on a Saturday every 2 months or so
Job Description: - Receives, processes, and ensures paper document integrity and classification are completed prior to image scanning
- Sorts paper documents by form type and line of business depending on requirements for processing
- It may require some lifting up to 20 - 30 pounds
- Maintains HIPAA compliance in keeping a secure workspace
Responsibility Statements - High school diploma or GED experience
- 1-2 years in a working environment
- Office work environment, 40+ work hours per week
- Ability to demonstrate basic PC/Internet skills Minimum Requirements:
- Computer Skills: knowledge of using a mouse, keyboard, etc.
- Must be able to submit to and pass a background screening
- Must be receptive to coaching and training as minimal quality requirements are in place
- The ability to perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced production environment
- Strong work ethic with strong reliability and dependability.
- Effective and accurate verbal communication skills.

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive.
