Crayon is seeking a dedicated and results-driven Microsoft Licensing Manager to join our team. In this crucial role, you will be leading a team of Microsoft Licensing experts in order to deliver upon our value, our services as well as delivering excellent customer experience. You will be responsible for managing the Licensing Specialists, creating new, and improving current procedures and processes.


Key responsibilities will include

  • Review existing processes and recommend, implement and report improvements through KPIs
  • Establish, promote and execute on licensing strategies within Crayon and our offerings that align to Microsoft’s programs, incentives and offerings
  • Help train and up-skill the sales team with regards to Microsoft licensing, offers and licensing programs.
  • Report on licensing pipeline and forecast including annuities, renewals, and net new agreements and deals
  • Maintain and grow relationship with relevant Microsoft teams for success and growth within the licensing and renewal landscape


Your Competencies

  • 5+ years of demonstrated credibility and confidence as a Microsoft subject matter expert, with an in-depth and strategic understanding of Microsoft licensing programs, tools, and platforms
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in leading and managing a high-performing team

  • You demonstrate a desire for leadership and motivation, with a clear focus on helping and supporting others
  • You possess excellent communication skills , effortlessly conveying technical concepts and solutions to a non-technical audience
  • You are capable of working both independently and as part of cross-functional teams
