About the Role

The Company is in search of an Executive Director to lead its Women's Philanthropy Institute. The successful candidate will be a visionary and magnetic leader, responsible for advancing the institute's mission to elevate the understanding and impact of women's philanthropy. This pivotal role involves strategic leadership, including the development and implementation of a strategic vision to position the institute as a thought leader in the field. The Executive Director will also be tasked with building and managing a high-performing team, leading fundraising efforts, and serving as the primary spokesperson for the institute. A strong background in philanthropy and fundraising, exceptional public speaking and storytelling skills, and a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion are essential.
