The Company is a leading provider of comprehensive treatment programs for patients with eating disorders, mood and anxiety, and trauma-related disorders. They are in search of an Executive Director to lead and inspire a team of cross-functional clinical leaders, overseeing the day-to-day operations and administration of multiple facilities within a region. The successful candidate will be responsible for the complete performance of the facilities, including operations, administration, financial management, teammate engagement, compliance, quality, patient satisfaction, and growth. This role requires a strategic leader with a proven track record in behavioral health operations, the ability to set and achieve challenging goals, and a collaborative leadership style that fosters influence and creative problem-solving.
