About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Chief Operations Executive who will play a crucial role in the strategic and operational leadership of our national network of addiction treatment and recovery facilities. The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader with a robust background in behavioral healthcare systems, specifically in addiction treatment.

As the Chief Operations Executive, you will help co-create and manage our recovery model, ensuring our commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care. You will lead a large, diverse team to enhance patient experiences and outcomes while driving change and championing process improvements. This role is vital in promoting a culture founded on our core values: respect, science, recovery, leadership, growth, service, and education.

The successful applicant should possess a Masters degree in a relevant field, substantial experience in behavioral healthcare, and a demonstrated history of leadership in multifaceted environments. Key responsibilities include:
