Landscape Supply Business Development Representative- Colorado Region Role Overview Travel Required: Up to 20% Salary: $65k+ DOE A Business Development Representative manages client relationships, drives sales, and closes deals. This role involves identifying and qualifying prospects, presenting the company's products or services, negotiating terms, and ultimately securing contracts. BDR's work closely with sales teams to achieve revenue targets and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Requirements Key Responsibilities: - Prospect and generate leads through various channels (cold calls, emails, networking).
- Conduct sales presentations and product demos to potential clients.
- Develop tailored proposals and negotiate pricing/contract terms.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and customer support, to enhance client experience.
- Track sales activities and progress using CRM software.
Qualifications: - Minimum 3 years of landscape supply experience.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Goal-oriented and driven to meet sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
- Ability to understand and communicate complex product/service offerings.
