About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP, Marketing Operations to play a pivotal role in the development and implementation of processes, tools, and infrastructure that support key marketing priorities. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing a team of operational and creative specialists, ensuring the effectiveness of project and enterprise operations, and instilling accountability in task execution. This role involves close collaboration with marketing leadership on strategic and operational initiatives, project planning, and budgetary guidance to optimize marketing operational effectiveness. The VP will also be tasked with driving process improvements, managing budgets, and facilitating reliable invoice processing procedures for multiple vendors. Applicants for the VP, Marketing Operations position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing operations and/or marketing strategy, with a preference for those with a background in the financial services industry, B2B & B2C, or marketing agency experience. The role requires at least 3 years of experience in managing multiple direct reports, as well as a strong background in project management tools and creative collaborative workflows. Familiarity with a range of additional tools, including Tableau, Archer, Oracle, OutSystems, iGrafx, Workday, and the Microsoft 365 Suite, is beneficial. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated, with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. A PMP or CPI certification is an added benefit.
