A Landscape Company has engaged Bloom Partners in the Mobile, AL area to recruit and hire a high-energy, relationship-acquiring Business Development Manager (BDM) to join the team.
As a business development manager, you will be pivotal in expanding our clients' businesses and venturing into new clientele while maintaining a solid presence in the market. You will be at the forefront of cultivating new client relationships, identifying opportunities, and diversifying our portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a business development strategy for Mobile.
- Proactively identify and pursue new commercial landscape opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers in Mobile.
- Craft compelling presentations and close contracts.
- Monitor industry trends and adjust strategies as needed.
- Network and build brand awareness in Mobile.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in the landscape industry.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
- In-depth knowledge of the Mobile commercial real estate market.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
