Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Bilingual Clinician/Therapist at Ark Homes Foster Family Agency in San Bernardino, CA, with flexibility for some remote work. The Clinician/Therapist will be responsible for providing therapeutic services to foster children and families, conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with other professionals.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Spanish
• Experience in providing therapeutic services to children and families
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of child welfare and foster care systems
• Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field
• Licensure as an ACSW or AMFT
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid remote work environment
• Cultural competency and sensitivity to diverse populations
