This private single-specialty practice, with several facilities throughout Central Georgia, is seeking a board certified/board eligible Anesthesiologist with additional specialty training in Pain Medicine to join their facility in Macon, GA.

Compensation

1. Year 1: Greater of $400,000 guarantee and 40% of personal professional net collections
2. Year 2: Greater of $400,000 guarantee and 40% of personal professional net collections
3. Year 3+: Commission/draw structure based on 40% of personal professional net collections
4. Personal professional net collections definition: Comprises "dollars in the door" from patients seen and procedures performed by physician excludes facility fees and DHS collections. Physicians have no exposure to practice expenses outside of the specialty medical supplies used in advanced procedures, such as spinal cord stimulator devices.

• Signing/relocation bonus: Case-by-case basis
• Partnership track: Physician will be considered for parent company co-investment eligibility following the completion of 18-24 months employment
