We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Cinch Maker to join our team! In this role, you will craft high-quality cinches using traditional techniques and modern tools. The ideal candidate has experience with leatherwork, weaving, or similar crafts and takes pride in creating durable and aesthetically pleasing products.

Monday- Thursday
8am-5pm
$14hr

Key Responsibilities:

Design and create cinches to meet quality standards.
Work with a variety of materials such as leather, mohair, and nylon.
Maintain tools and equipment in good condition.
Collaborate with the team to fulfill custom orders.
Qualifications:

Experience in leatherwork, weaving, or handcrafting cinches preferred but not needed. Willing to train candidate.
Attention to detail and craftsmanship.
Ability to meet production deadlines.
