Pulaski Memorial Hospital, a 25-bed Critical Access Hospital located in Winamac, Indiana, is seeking a Board Certified/Eligible Family Practice Physician to join their team.

This is a 100% outpatient, employed position. Offering an attractive compensation package including full comprehensive benefits.

6 weeks paid vacation time
Compensation is $240,000 to $300,000 per year, based on experience
$75,000 Sign-on Bonus or
Monthly stipend while completing residency
4-day work week
