Momentum Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible OB Hospitalist for a permanent position in Fort Worth, TX. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established team, providing high-quality obstetric care in a supportive and modern facility.
Position: Permanent MD/DO OB Hospitalist
Location: Fort Worth, Texas
Schedule: Full-time, with a rotating shift schedule
Key Responsibilities:
Provide 24/7 inpatient obstetric care, including managing labor and delivery, high-risk pregnancies, and post-partum care.
Collaborate with maternal-fetal medicine specialists, neonatologists, and other medical professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Perform deliveries, emergency Cesarean sections, and other necessary procedures.
Provide on-call and in-house coverage as part of a collaborative OB hospitalist team.
Manage patient flow and ensure timely evaluations and interventions for obstetric emergencies.
Educate patients on prenatal care, labor, and post-partum health.
Maintain accurate and timely medical records, ensuring compliance with hospital policies and standards.
Qualifications:
MD/DO with Board Certification or Eligibility in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
Active Texas medical license or ability to obtain one.
Previous experience in OB Hospitalist or a similar role preferred.
Strong clinical and decision-making skills, with the ability to thrive in high-pressure situations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
