Responsibilities - Lube Technician: - Performing oil changes and tire rotations efficiently and accurately
- Conducting vehicle inspections to identify potential issues
- Completing light maintenance tasks such as replacing filters, wipers, and bulbs
- Performing brake inspections and repairs
- Conducting fluid flushes and refills (coolant, transmission, brake, power steering, etc.)
- Performing wheel alignments and balancing
- Ensuring all work meets dealership and manufacturer standards
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- Communicating effectively with service advisors and customers about vehicle maintenance needs
Qualifications - Lube Technician: - A good work ethic is required!
- Quick Lube Tech / Auto Maintenance experience preferred
- Previous mechanic training or schooling preferred
- Working knowledge of automotive shop equipment required
- Energetic with a positive attitude
- Flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service
