Leading community health organization is seeking an OB/Gyn physician to add to their growing staff of providers.
They provide healthcare to a large Spanish speaking community
Their offices are comprised of Family Practice, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, OB/Gyn, Dental, Psychiatry, Social Services, FNP, Clinic Manager, MA and Nurse Midwifes.

For this position you would:
- Provide out-patient clinic consultation and in-patient backup for the Nurse-midwifery service, for a specified amount of time each month
- Provide comprehensive integrated patient care in cooperation with other programs at (i.e., WIC, prenatal classes, nutrition counseling, case management, health education)
- Work cooperatively with other physicians for cross-coverage of patients, both clinic and in-patient when appropriate
- Participate in Quality Assurance activities
- Participates in data collection of the maternity service
- Co-sign in-patient midwife charts in medical records while covering as backup physician
- Attend service/staff meetings as appropriate
- Meet with the service director on a timely basis to review policies, procedures and sign protocols
